We originally focused on supplying hospitality products to restaurants and businesses throughout Michigan and across the United States. That work gave us a direct view into how hospitality operators function and the challenges they face every day.

Over time, one need stood out again and again: staffing. Restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, catering companies and events need dependable products, but they also need dependable people. Northpeak expanded to support both.
